Funny to think how time flies, isn't it?

I just had a dialogue with my childhood best friend.
She will have her "walking down the aisle experience" early 2011. As everyone expects, I am the Maid of Honor. =)
We've known each other for 17 years now and its funny how we change the topics of our conversations.
When I was 12 and she was 14, we talk about a lot of stuff. How are we going to spend our Summer vacation... what time are we going to bike... What to eat for merienda and the next number we're going to place in their videoke machine....(ahhm sorry we're both addictive to it ;))
Then we turned 18 and 20, we talk about boys and stuff... our University heart-throb... day dreaming of a trip in a cool beach... watching Backstreetboys (lol).... When we'll have our first boyfriend (Oh yes we're both late bloomers)
Just a while ago, now that I'm 27 and she's 29, Im having goosebumps just now that I think of it. Jancen, knocked at our doorsteps wake me up and ask....
Do we already have caterers? When are they going to have their second meeting with our chosen priest, Fr Jonil Lalap ( my friend priest whom I recommend and will also administer my wedding :P) as we check her wedding list, we shared a few relationship sentiments and realization...
I just can't believe how time passed by , how much we've grown and matured as an individual.
Thinking ahead, I know that 10 years from now we will still talk about a lot of stuff... such as tuition fees... packed lunch for the day... what theme park is the best to go to.... and when will be our next PTA meeting....
Funny to think how time flies, isn't it?
